TN : Unánime Gran Vino Tinto 2010, Bodegas Santa Ana, Uco Valley, Argentina
This wine is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Malbec and 15% Cabernet Franc. The grapes were sorted, destemmed and sorted. Fermentation and skin maceration was in stainless steel tanks for 25 days at a temperature between 23 and 25 degrees. The wine spent 15 months in new French oak. The total acidity is 5.35 grammes per litre.
UNÁNIME, from the Latin word unanimis, refers to a group of people sharing the same opinions or points of view, being in complete harmony or agreement.
