TN : Gris Blanc 2011, IGP Pays d'Oc, Gerard Bertrand, Tautavel, France
This wine is a blend of Grenache Gris and Grenache Noir. The vines for these grapes are located in the Tautavel area, between the Mediterranean sea and Pyranees mountains, 30 km north of Perpignan in the south of France. All of the grapes were picked by hand and pressed directly. The wine was matured on fine lees for several weeks before bottling.
This wine was sealed with a screwcap.

Taste : Raspberry, herbs, redcurrants, zingy finish
Alcohol : 13%
