TN : Cono Sur Single Vineyard Chardonnay Block No 5 Quebrada Alta 2012, Casablanca Valley, Chile
The vineyard soils are mineral and red clay and the Quebrada Alta (High Ravine) vineyard itself is located 7 km from the Pacific ocean. The wine was aged for six months in French oak bafrrels (30%) and stainless steel tanks (70%) and then bottles in October 2012. The residual sugar is 6.2 grammes per litre, pH is 3.32, and the total acidity is 6.90 grammes per litre.
This wine was sealed with a screwcap.
