Coyam was the word for "oak" by the Mapuches, the original inhabitents of central and southern Chile. Ancient oaks surround the Emiliana vineyards. All of the grapes were organically grown and hand picked. The wine was aged in 80% French and 20% American oak for 14 months. The wine is a blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Merlot, and Petit Verdot.
