TN : Rosé Bonbon 2013, Domaine des Diables, Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire , Provence, France
This wine is a blend of 50% Cinsault, 30% Syrah, and 20% Grenache. The grapes underwent a cold maceration for three hours before fermentation. Pressing was under oxygen-excluding conditions and fermentation was at low temperatures. The wine aged on lees for six months.
