TN : Chateau Berliquet 2008,Grand Cru Classe Saint-Emilion, Bordeaux, France

This wine is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

Château Berliquet can trace its history back to 1749 when it was owned by priest Paul-Romain de Sèze whose brother was lawyer to King Louis XVI. The then prestigious estate passed from the de Sèze family to Dominique Pères, and a century later to Count Louis de Carles. Today's owner, Vicomte Patrick de Lesquen, has focuses on increasing the wine's quality, which until the late 1970s was made by a local co-operative.
