This wine is a blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet Franc. All of the grapes were hand-harvested. The wine spent eleven months in French oak of which 80% was new and 20% was second fill. The wine was bottled unfiltered and unfined.
