TN : Waterford Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2009, Stellembosch, South Africa
This wine was fermented in stainless steel and then matured in 225 litre French oak for 26 months. This wine was bottled in May 2011. The residual sugar is 1.7 grammes per litre, the TA is 5.8 grammes per litre, total SO2 is 100 ppm, free SO2 is 45 ppm, amd pH is 3.7.
