TN : Craggy Range Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2011, Te Muna Vineyard, Martinborough, New Zealand
"Te Muna" means "secret place". The grapes had a brix of 22.3 at harvest. The yield was 63 hectolitres per hectare. 14% of the grapes were whole cluster fermented; 86% of the grapes were destemmed. This wine was sealed with a screwcap and bottled in August 2011. The pH is 3.3, residual sugar is 3.5 grammes per litre, and the acidity is 7.3 grammes per litre.
This wine was imported by Divine AB.
