The winemaker was Rollie Heitz. The vineyard is in the eastern hills of Napa Valley. It is situated between St. Helena and Howell Mountain. The clones planted are 6 and 337. The vines are trained with Vertical Shoot Positioning. The vineyard is 1.4 acres in size and is at an elevation of 1000 feet.

Taste : Lingering toasty oak on finish, overoaked currently but may calm down in a couple of years if the fruit lasts, warm finish, rich blackurrant, coffee
