TN : Cenit Cosecha 2007, Vina Caliterra, Caliterra Estate Vineyard, Vinedo Protio, Colchagua Valley, Chile


This was bottle number 12532. This wine is a blend of 41% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Malbec, and 20% Petit Verdot. The pH is 3.63, the total acidity is 5.71 grammes per litre (as tartaric acid), and the residual sugar is 1.60 grammes per litre.

The wine spent 18 months in oak barrels divided in 90% French and 10% American. In its first winter malolactic fermentation slowly took place before the first of five rackings in total.



The wine was imported by Philipson Soderberg AB.
