This wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from 100 year old vines planted in 1910. 7200 75cl bottles were produced. All of the grapes were hand harvested between April 16th and April 20th 2008. The wine was aged for 14 months in used French oak barrels.
The label depicts an original vine from the vineyards, and is meant to show the sturdiness that only time can create. The tartaric acid is 5.8 grammes per litre and the pH is 3.55.
