Natural wine, yeast, cherry, strawberry, very dry, long aftertaste. Not my cup of tea but one of the better naturals that I have tasted.

This wine is a blend of 25% St. Laurent and 75% Grüner Veltliner. "r&b" is from the french "rouge et blanc" meaning red and white.

Most of the grapes come from the 2020 vintage but some are from earlier vintages which is this wine was bottled as non-vintage.

This is wine is bone dry having only one gramme per litre of residual sugar.

Fantastic value. Fruity and a great smooth texture. Not a complex wine but slips down with ease. Blackcurrant, plums and a bit of cedar and tobacco.

Sour cherries, raspberries, oak, nougat, milk chocolate. Let it breathe for at least 30 minutes and it really opens up.

Bright fruity cherries, oak, leather, tobacco, grippy tannic finish. Not worth the money but a good wine nevertheless.

Oak, butter, pineapple, mango, pear, lemon. A great value.

Knipser "Clarette" Rosé Trocken 2020, Pfalz, Germany

Strawberry, raspberry,redcurrant, refreshing fruity spritzy minerally long finish.

This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. The acidity is 7 grammes per litre and residual sugar is 5 grammes per litre.

Strawberry, raspberry, stemy, spice. Simple but fruity and refreshing.

Boring. Grassy, almond, lemon, peach hints,  and not much more.

This is a blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc from Radda and 10% Viognier from Maremma.
