This wine is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 7% Malbec, and 3% Cabernet Franc. The grapes for this wine were harvested between Septembr 21st and October 8th 2009. The average brix at harvest was 25.4, the average pH was 3.30, and the average acidity was 5.6 grammes per litre. The pH of the finished wine is 3.78 and the total acidity is 6.1 grammes per litre. 1,410 cases were produced and the wine was released in September 2012.
