The grapes for this wine were sources from Padthaway, Barossa Valley, Langhorne Creek, McLaren Vale and Robe. The wine was matured for 12 months in seasoned American oak hogsheads. The acidity is 6.3 grammes per litre and the pH is 3.70. This wine was sealed with a screwcap.
