This wine is a blend of 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Merlot. All of the grapes for this wine were harvested on the 2nd and 3rd of September 2011. The grapes come from the Le Sondraie vineyard which is located at 25 metres above sea level. The vineyard soil is deep, with gravel and clay deposits. All of the vines are Guyot trained. The winemaker was Nicola Biasi.
