Palliser is located in Martinborough which lies in the South East Corner of the North Island of New Zealand. The back label states that the wine contains preservative (220) which is Sulphur Dioxide.
The winemaker was Allan Johnson. The grapes were picked between the 5th and 29th April 2007. The alcohol at bottling, September 2007, was 13.4%.
