The name of the chateau derives from the phrase in Gascon dialect meaning "the king slept here".
This wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc and was vinified partly in stainless steel and partly in barrique. The vineyard soil is gravel and clay subsoil. The vines are planted on 3309C - Riparia gloire - 101.14 rootstock. The vines are pruned double guyot.
