Château La France Delhomme Médoc Cru Bourgeois 2016, Famille Bouey, Bordeaux, France
Needed to decant to let it aerate for a good hour for this to open up. Fruity, red fruits and plums, tobacco, cedar, spice, and drying tannins on finish leave for three years to mellow out and improve.

Blackberries, little bit of tobacco, chocolate-like texture liqourice and a bit of black pepper. Would not guess this was ten years old.

Pear and a bit of peach, lots of minerals and a hint of salt. All about the texture and mouthfeel; not fruit driven

Nik Weis St. Urbans Hof Bockstein Kabinett Riesling 2019, Mosel, Germany
Oil and petrol on the nose. Apples, lime, honey, and petrol. Sweet but the acidity is cutting nicely through it. Very mouthwatering and a long finish.

Blackberry, blackcurrant, very pruney, oak, milk chocolate, liqourice. Maybe store for a couple of years so the oak can mellow.
